The Nobel Journal of Economic Studies (NJES) welcomes original and high-quality research that contributes to the advancement of knowledge in economics, finance, business, management, development studies, econometrics, and related fields.
Researchers are invited to submit manuscripts that demonstrate academic rigor, originality, methodological soundness, and a clear contribution to the existing literature.
Before submitting a manuscript, authors are kindly requested to ensure that their work complies with the journal’s Manuscript Preparation and Submission Guidelines.
Submission Requirements
Authors should ensure that:

The manuscript is original and has not been published previously.

The manuscript is not simultaneously under consideration by another journal.

The manuscript is written in English.

The manuscript follows the journal’s prescribed formatting and referencing requirements.

The manuscript includes an appropriate title, abstract, keywords, and complete author information.

All sources are properly acknowledged and cited.

Tables, figures, equations, and statistical results are presented clearly and accurately.

The manuscript complies with the journal’s research ethics and academic integrity requirements.

A current CV of the author(s) is submitted where required.

Peer-Review Process
Submitted manuscripts undergo an initial editorial assessment to determine their suitability for the journal in terms of scope, originality, academic quality, and methodological rigor.
Manuscripts that meet the journal’s basic requirements may proceed to the journal’s double-blind peer-review process, in which the identities of authors and reviewers are kept confidential to support an objective and impartial evaluation.
The editorial decision may include acceptance, acceptance subject to revisions, a request for major revisions, or rejection.
Publication Ethics
Authors are expected to comply with internationally recognized principles of academic integrity and responsible research conduct.
The journal does not accept plagiarism, fabrication or falsification of data, duplicate publication, or other forms of academic misconduct. Authors are responsible for ensuring the originality and integrity of their submissions and for appropriately acknowledging all sources and research contributions.
Article Processing Charges
The Nobel Journal of Economic Studies does not charge authors for manuscript submission, peer review, or publication. The journal follows an open-access publishing model intended to facilitate broad and equitable access to scholarly research.
