Who We Are

The Nobel Institute for Economic Studies (NIES) is an independent nonprofit research and academic institution established in the State of Palestine in 2019.

The Institute is dedicated to advancing economic research, promoting scholarly exchange, supporting evidence-based policy dialogue, and developing professional and institutional capabilities in economics, finance, management, public policy, and related fields.

NIES brings together researchers, economists, academics, policymakers, and professionals from different countries and academic backgrounds to examine contemporary economic challenges and contribute to the development of evidence-based solutions.
